In the Pot Shop you will find our latest ideas, shapes and glazes, some of which we will take forward and develop over years, and others which will never be made again. We also stock our basic brown, green/white and aquamarine ranges, various pots for plants and, of course, some seconds.
The shop adjoins the workshop in a range of flint barns that were once part of the Felbrigg estate. There is plenty of parking space and access for wheelchairs.
Customers can leave their car for an hour or two and walk along the ‘Weavers Way’ (which passes through Common Farm), past the lake and woodland up to Felbrigg Hall, a National Trust property, which has a tearoom, restaurant, plant shop and book shop.
The Pot Shop opening times are : 10am. 5pm. Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, if we are at home we are open; but please give us a call to check. It is always a good idea to phone before making a special journey to us on any day of the week. Telephone 01263 577 548.
We can be quite hard to find. It is a good idea to print out the map from the
how to find us page. When you get to Gresham village follow the blue jug signs to the workshop.
The pottery is situated in a wonderful part of North Norfolk. There are three links golf courses close by and a continuous stretch of family beaches backed by cliffs only a couple of miles from the pottery. Further west Blakeney and Morston offer seal trips and ideal sailing waters, salt marshes ( a haven for birds and bird watchers ), then Holkham and Wells with their vast sands ( see the end of ‘Shakespeare in Love’).
The pretty Georgian town of Holt, with its antiques and bookshops is less than fifteen minutes away. Cromer crabs and the last ‘end of the pier show’ in England are under ten minutes away by car.
Inland there are unspoilt villages, walks, cycle routes, Pubs, Country Houses and Estates.
We look forward to seeing you
