We really enjoy making (and using) these pots. They sit inside the mixing bowls shown below, so you can keep your pasta or vegetable water once you have strained it. Some of our customers use them as fruit bowls and for washing grapes.They come in two sizes.

It was these oval pots of Joannas that first attracted the attention of David Canter at 'Cranks' wholefood restaurant in London in the mid. seventies. They are thrown round, made oval and a base added - a skillful process. They come in three sizes, sometimes plain and sometimes with a decorated rim.

Joanna makes the butter pots. Again, they are thrown round, shaped oblong or oval, and then joined onto a separate base. The lid is also thrown round, and then cut to fit the pot. This is a comlpicated process which results in a simple looking, practical pot. It is only made in one size.

We have been making these jugs for thirty years. During this time they have got fatter, thinner, taller etc. but basically it's still the same jug. They come in five useful sizes.

Our standard plates come in two sizes. They have a plain brown rim and a turned out foot ring. Stacking and fitting into a dishwasher is easy.

The salad bowls come in two standard sizes, usually with a flat brown rim. They can, of course, be used for pasta, fruit or car keys.

We seem to eat a lot of cereal out of our soup bowls and the dessert bowls are often bought as sugar bowls. Although we make many different sizes of bowl, these have come through as the most useful. As much time is spent turning the generous footring as is spent throwing the pot.

The teapot becomes part of ones everyday life. Our brown teapot is practical and easy to live with. It comes in two standard sizes.
